Within the past few days I’ve decided to extend my 2020 goals:
Go for a walk for at least 30 minutes every day
I work in an office and thus I’m sat a desk about 8,5 hours per day. I’ve noticed that this is starting to affect my mental health this winter. Therefore, I’ve decided that making myself enjoy a bit of time outside is probably going to make things a bit better. I’ve enjoyed it thus far and even turned my walks into a bit of power walking – it feels nice to get a little exercise in as well.
Do Pilates three times per week
I’ve enjoyed Pilates in the past and I like that you can get a bit of exercise in at home whenever you feel like it. I’ve decided to go for three times per week as I don’t want to set up myself for failure – which probably would lead me to give up this goals altogether.
Read 24 books in 2020
I had the same goal in 2019 – and didn’t reach it. I was doing really good for a while but then I got to distracted by the likes of Tumblr, Instagram, Netflix, Amazon Prime and even old-fashioned tv. I love reading though and decided to give reading 24 books another shot. I’m keeping track of my reading goal with my goodreads Account: https://www.goodreads.com/anjas_bibliothek
